The Opel Insignia is the company’s new flagship model. Insignia came onto the market on 22.11.2008 featuring a new name and the latest technical developments as well as boasting a level of equipment that set new standards in its class. Irmscher has been Opel’s partner within the sporty refined vehicles domain for 40 years and now proudly presents an extensive range of items for individualisation of the new Opel – the “Car of the Year 2009”.

The frontal appearance is accentuated by the striking Irmscher front spoiler and is effectively differentiated thanks to the Irmscher radiator grill in honeycomb format with stainless steel design panel. Alternatively, the grill can also be ordered completely in black. In conjunction with the front spoiler this creates an even more dynamic appearance.

Irmscher highlights the unmistakable silhouette of the new Insignia by adding striking features such side sills and a rear spoiler that lengthens the sideline and skilfully emphasises the rear aspect. The roof edge spoiler for the 5-door version – positioned above the rear windscreen – ensures clear rear vision, even in the rain.
The rear skirt includes a diffuser that reaches to the fringes of the 4-pipe stainless steel silencer and which gives the rear a very muscular appearance.

However, only when the Insignia is fitted with Irmscher light alloy wheels – available in various designs and dimensions – does the vehicle take on a significantly more sporty appearance. The Turbo Star and Turbo Star Exclusiv 8×20“ light alloy wheels that were specifically designed for the Insignia create a powerful image. Admiring looks, improved road holding and more sporty handling combine to make the Irmscher-individualised Insignia simply much more fun.
