The new special Sharan Freestyle model shines in all respects: Elegant chrome, aluminium décor and silver trim inserts give the MPV a sporty look. The optional “Fun & Action” package with bicycle rack, cooler box and sports bag is an ideal extra for all sports and leisure fans.
All details have been coordinated in the Sharan Freestyle: The bumpers and side skirting have chrome strips and the rear trim is chrome-look. There are also matching chrome roof rails and chrome inserts on the door handles. The interior trim inserts are matt aluminium. The standard RCD 200 radio system in the Sharan Freestyle with integrated CD player and MP3 playback is also framed in aluminium. The insert in the combi instrument is painted silver and underlines the overall high-quality feel of the cockpit.
The front sports seats (up to five single seats also available for the rear) as well as the door and side panels are coordinated with the chrome and aluminium look in Flannel Grey. The seat surface and backrest panels are in a contrasting light grey (“Epsilon” covers). The colour scheme continues throughout the car, for example, in the leather steering wheel stitching, the gearstick gaiter, the hand brake and the edging of the carpet mats.
The Sharan Freestyle can be ordered with the special “Slate Grey” paintwork and in all other standard colours. The 17-inch “Estoril” alloy wheels (or 16-inch “Valencia” alloy wheels for the 2.8 l V6 4MOTION) are really eye-catching. The Sharan Freestyle is available from €28,750. The additional equipment features in this special model give customers a price advantage of €662.
Volkswagen Bank has a range of attractive finance packages on offer for the Sharan Freestyle. For example, the monthly rate in the “AutoCredit” three-way financing is €319 with effective annual interest of 1.9 percent. In this case, the advance payment is 20 percent, the financing period 36 months.
You can save even more if you order the optional “Fun & Action” pack. For €1,725 (or €1,600 for the Sharan 4MOTION), it not only includes the winter pack (heated front seats, front windscreen and windscreen washer jets), but also a high-quality bicycle rack, a sports chassis, a sports bag matching the interior styling as well as a combined cooler and thermal box. ParkPilot, a mobile phone preparation and the technology pack (remote control for central locking, anti-theft alarm, multifunction display) are included. The price advantage with the “Fun & Action” pack is €1,204.
